Wicked Easy

Normally, I don't use the word "wicked" in the traditional New England sense, even though I am a New Englander. But today it truly applies.

Frozen pie shell, a pint of lemon curd, and a pint of raspberries. Plus some whipped cream for serving. Mmm.

I guess I'll be making more lemon curd soon!

I look at your blog a lot and am glad you have it. I found you last year when I was looking for a blog about canning and found you.

My brother in law is a surgeon and his love for cooking is out of this world. I see a lot in you two, it's nice. However, he is the one that let's me can, but he did buy an attachment to his kitchenaid to grind up his meat. (I made homemade Italian sausage, YUM!)

Still too cold here to plant they say to wait after Mother's Day, but they are expecting a storm here on Monday, so I have to live through your blog...

Take care Donna, nice to write you a note!
