Wontons before simmering |
After making dumplings a while ago I still had some of the filling in the freezer and another package of wonton wrappers. So last night I made
wonton soup, using this recipe. I doubled it but used half stock (Ducken, I have only 1 jar left!) and half water. Also, since I didn't have scallions, I used garlic scapes. And I added noodles because I wanted to make sure everyone had enough to eat. It is very easy and very good.
