Ahh, Whole Foods. Just when I think I've quit you, you pull me right back in again. You know my weaknesses. And right now you are stocking both blood oranges and Meyer lemons. Why did I even stop by to visit you? I hate you. I love you.
And now I have 6.5 pints of Meyer lemon curd. It's an addiction.
Lemon curd is absolutely a lovely addiction. I made some last week and am pleased with the way it turned out. I didn't can it because I didn't have time, so into the freezer it went.
ReplyDeleteI have a love/hate relationship with Whole Foods too. Especially after the news that they're really okay with GMO foods. I think they've lost me.
OK now you HAVE to send one to me, Donna! Whole foods is nicknamed "Whole paychecks".
ReplyDeleteMy sister went and got three pounds of ground out chicken breaks and when I got the package to unwrap it the price tag was $42.00!! I almost swallowed my tongue!
