It's infectious. The syrup is really thick and basically gels when it's at room temperature, so it might not work on an ice, since it would have to be hot to pour it, but in a mixed drink it might work. Especially if there is a blender involved.Donnahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/06997895540586043266noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7198714796928095356.post-86403517922699730802009-09-01T00:35:14.452-04:002009-09-01T00:35:14.452-04:00Steve suggested a raspberry beret. The leftover raspberry pulp might lend itself to a vinaigrette.Suehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/09721306096465368733noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7198714796928095356.post-15309058827856063002009-08-30T10:43:48.118-04:002009-08-30T10:43:48.118-04:00Ooh, corn? I have not yet done corn.

And, Deirdre, the raspberry vodka definitely has a raspberry flavor, but I would mix it in a drink rather than have it straight. I mixed it with the pear syrup drink I made last week and it worked pretty well.Donnahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/06997895540586043266noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7198714796928095356.post-1271929982859547032009-08-29T20:38:08.712-04:002009-08-29T20:38:08.712-04:00I also canned up some raspberries I got around 10 ...I also canned up some raspberries I got around 10 pints hubby and I did corn today and ended up with 18 pints.

Coffee is on.peppylady (Dora)https://www.blogger.com/profile/01649272822470007714noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7198714796928095356.post-81480392102551074662009-08-29T03:12:14.705-04:002009-08-29T03:12:14.705-04:00I tried making raspberry liqueur a couple years ag...I tried making raspberry liqueur a couple years ago, but it ended up tasting like kool-aid. Let me know how yours turns out. I've got a half dozen bottles of the stuff stashed in the cupboard and wouldn't mind finding a way to make it taste better.Deirdrehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/01111665177473414894noreply@blogger.com
